Any and all purchases made on the webstore are non-refundable, and as such are subject to change and removal at any point in time. You hereby understand that at any point in time we may remove certain items at our discretion. We will issue NO REFUNDS for any reason including the banning of accounts for the breach of our rules. By reading this, you understand that we will adjust this store and certain purchases may change over time. You must be over the age of 18 to make a purchase on our webstore, or have a parent or legal guardian assist or authorize any transaction. At any time if we receive an email that a purchase was made without approval and confirm with the account holder that authorization was not given to any guardian, then we will ONLY then attempt to issue a partial refund AND we will temporarily ban the account which received the purchased items for a period of 30 days for the first offence. ANY repeat offenses will result in a permanent IP ban from our server. Understand that in this scenario we may not always be able to issue a refund.
